We offer two levels of memberships for home healthcare agencies who meet the following requirements:

- Home Healthcare Agencies should be in compliance with state regulations
- Legally structured and up-to-date on all licensing and registrations
- Insured
- Be in business for at least 2 years
- Present site audit within the year with no outstanding violations
- In order to provide home health care services to veterans as a business, you must be a paid member for a minimum of 3 months.
Level 1
Bronze Membership
$850/month
Allows the agency to serve a maximum of four(4) veteran clients with home healthcare services at one time.
- 5 hours minimum per day
- 8 hours maximum per day
- 3 days maximum per week
- 12 days maximum per month
Level 2
Gold Membership
$1700/month
Allows the agency to serve a maximum of eight(8) veteran clients with home healthcare services at one time.
- 5 hours minimum per day
- 8 hours maximum per day
- 3 days maximum per week
- 12 days maximum per month
